"Breakfast was good. Hot tub was empty. Only 2 elevators were working :("

"Enjoyable stay.clean rooms and staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is there should be a card on how to use the remote for the tv.we couldn't figure out how to lower the volume until my husband asked the receptionist in the morning. Also at breakfast there were a few men there who did not know how to use the waffle maker. I know the instructions were there on the counter but how many men read instructions?? Maybe put them on the wall above the waffle maker so they can see them. All in all it is a very nice place to stay and we will stay there again."

"This property reeks of cigarette smoke. We have allergies. I called Expedia to see what to do. Expedia called the hotel. Then the front desk called me to yell at me about going behind their back. I was like what are you going to do? Offer me an air freshener. Cool, more irritation of my nose. After telling me I could leave and that they would approve a refund, management then turned around and denied the refund to Expedia. Disgusting."
