Second, the room featured a mini-split for heating/cooling which was appreciated since the small room easily got too warm at night even in April (and the it was too noisy outside to leave the window open). But the AC was aimed directly at our heads as we slept, which made sleeping difficult. (Already a challenge thanks to the couple arguing in the next room until 1am, and loud music from the bar across the street). Not the worst stay, and staff were nice, but next time we’ll probably try a different hotel. Great value for having a private cabin to ourselves. Property was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Cabins were individually decorated, but both had the lovely warm feel of a cabin with the wood floor and walls. Beds were comfortable and the jetted tub was fantastic. The kitchen had more than we needed for the trip, and you could definitely make some simple meals if you wanted. We stayed in #33 and #36 and both were unique (the table in #33 had a built in chessboard with pieces in the drawers), and it made for fun overnights during our trip through White Pass. Check in and check out were easy, and the woman we checked in with the first night gave us a great suggestion for access to the river. Would love to stay here again!"
