"The hotel is in a good area, restaurants and shopping nearby. Clean and comfortable room, our room was cleaned almost daily. Breakfast was good. cons: the young lady Mia at check in was unpleasant there are charges deducted from my card without an explanation, no email received. I contacted the hotel still no response"

"I really enjoyed staying in the suite. The room was spacious and clean, my only complaint would be that we specifically picked it for privacy to separate from the group. The bedroom had doors BUT THE WHOLE DOOR HAD SEE THROUGH WINDOWS! Maybe it was an oversight on my part, but just in case that impacts anyone else, I thought I’d mention it. Other than that, staff was courteous and helpful. Food and drinks were pretty good as well :)"

"Overall, everything was good. As it should be. We really had no major issues. I did find the A/C loud, and since we travelled as a family of 4, I was sleeping directly in front of it and it was blowing quite heavily so I had to make sure I was fully tucking under the covers all night. I’m sure the other sleepers weren’t bothered by it. The pool was a nice thing to have, especially since it’s so humid in DC and walking a lot made it a nice perk but it is small. Location was good. About a 15 minute walk into Georgetown which is quite a nice place for shops and restaurants. It’s a bit further to walk downtown, 45-60 minutes on average. The only other thing I could say was that parking was an issue. We chose this hotel mostly because it touted ev charging on site for our car. When we got there, their lot was full and also told it was $60/ day valet option only. No self park. We had to navigate the area in our own and find a place to leave our car. The public lot down the street charged us $160 for less than 3 days. Not impressed with that hefty and unexpected fee. We would’ve been better off parking at the hotel that promised on site parking."

"We didn’t need a kitchen but came on a busy wkd so places we’d normally stay that slept 3 adults were booked. It was fine but I don’t get all the 10/10 ratings. The place was perfectly serviceable, basically clean but showing its age in places (wallpaper starting to separate, toilet roll holder very loose, old analog thermostats that were hard to read, blinds that were hard to open, etc.) Staff were very nice. Used the valet to park our SUV l, no issues there."
