"Not a good experience. The only good reviews appear to be fake. The bathtub/shower didn't work. No water. There was a large hole in the bathroom door. An electrical box hole in the wall next to the TV was un-repaired and stuffed with paper. There was a large open hole in the hallway exposing piping (might explain why there was no water to the bathtub) When there is a notice posted by the front door "requiring all Law Enforcement to check-in with the office before contacting residents" - it's not...
