The large loft is the bedroom. 2 queen size beds and a twin hid-a-bed in loft. Also, there is a queen hid-a-bed in the living room. 1 full bathroom (towels, tub shower, flushing toilet) plus an outhouse if need be. Full kitchen with utensils, fridge, stove, coffee pot. The house has all the basics to make you feel right at home. It is close enough to town that if you really need something, you can get it, but you are definitely rural. The washer/dryer was a great bonus and the beds were very comfortable.
