The unit was newly remodeled and very clean with a fully supplied kitchen. The location was exceptional on the Kenai River where we were able to grill for supper and sit on the deck to drink our morning coffee. Grocery store and bait shops within walking distance. The host, Kyle, was super kind and taught us and our teenage kids how to fish salmon in the river and rented us all the gear at a great rate. We had a blast catching salmon and appreciated the fish cleaning facilities with vacuuming sealers and freezers to store our fish. The exteriors bely a great interior. The property was very easy to locate & reach. It was the interiors - 2 bedrooms, a great living room and a fully functional kitchen that was a new level. The service was amazing. The floors, most of the woodwork was new. The backyard was a gem with access to the Kenai river. The owner was putting up a new deck and was very professional to ensure that the raw materials didn't interfere with our ability to use the deck.
