« The front lobby is not inviting. The carpet strairs are not vacuum. You can see the dirtiest. Luckily my room was quite clean, regardless I have my home slippers to use. Breakfast was very basic. I just had 2 sausages links. »

« The staff, Meadow, was very helpful and kind. We were welcomed with bottled waters and treats for my grandkids. She was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed.
The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. My grandkids really enjoyed breakfast.

« Apartment was clean, down to earth (literally, lol...semi-basement apartment, but totally comfortable and plenty of air and light), both furnished and kitchen stocked with the basics, neighborhood was quiet, and bed was comfortable. Considering the sketchy reviews of hotels in the area and that the only dependable one was the Holiday Inn (which charges *Chicago* rates), this was an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended! »

« This hotel was ok it was clean it just really could use some updates ice machine was broke on the 1st floor so you had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice the pool was down all 4 days we were there the breakfast was basic at best and one day there was no eggs the staff was friendly and did the best with what they had. »
