You're in a beautiful rural area with access to the Gulf of Mexico and Steinhatchee River. There is plenty of boat parking or take advantage of our first come first serve boat docks. There is an easy to access kayak launch onto the Steinhatchee River. The Landings is also a perfect area to accommodate weddings or family reunions with an onsite church, reception area and lots of activities for the whole family. There is a community pool, gym, tennis courts, playground and petting zoo making this a perfect destination for children and adults. Nearby is the famous crystal clear N. Florida springs, state parks, and historic towns where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming, scalloping, and much, much more. We really enjoy the proximity of this cabin to everything as far as the amenities within the landing, and the distance to the marina, where we caught our scalloping boat was just perfect. The house has two bedrooms upstairs. One room is a master bedroom. The other is big enough to have two queen beds, and I believe the couch folds out downstairs but we didn’t need that.
