"Location is amazing! You have access to many places in the city by walking or just taking the subway. Hotel was clean and room was excellent. The staff though is mean and not very helpful. It’s like they are being tortured to work there. They do not really have a talent for customer service."

"Great location, great price. Only issue(s) are minor. Wall A/C is loud, so T.V. Volume has to be somewhat high. Another traveler below our room decided to call cops rather than ask the building manager to handle it; but hey… what’s New York without a little crazy. Elevators are old, so a bit small… but better than walking 14 stories!!! Will stay here again next time."

"Funky building. Rooms are small but functional. Biggest and best equipped gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I stayed on a Saturday and the event guests were crazy noisy, carousing down the corridors until gone 0400."
