"Had the best time here with friends and 2 kids under 2. The house had everything we needed and beyond. It was such a fun surprise to find kids toys in the bunk room. Location and communication were 10/10. Highly recommend this house! "

"This house has everything you'd want from a family house, separate floor for kids with no bunk beds but individual twin beds. Pool table, Hot tub, sauna are all inside the house (very rare) and can be used in any weather. 15 minute drive to the village. Can't recommend any other place like this in tahoe"

"Everything was clean except the hot tub. Hard to seat 5 adults in the living room. Couple of chairs would have been nice. I thought a lot of work went in to this property to make it a great stay for us. I still gave it a 5 instead of a 4"

"The place is a bit worn down, carpet old, and place as a whole needs some TLC. Would be nice to have some more kitchen utensils( cutting board, better knives etc). Also hot tub was pretty dirty, we did I not use it do to that. With that said GREAT location to Tahoe and surrounding mountains. Great place for us to bring our boys and have a fun guys weekend. Would not bring moms to this place. 6 guys fit comfortably, you could push it to 8 but anymore than that would not work well. BTW, really...
