« I had an issue with hot water. They sent maintenance in and it was still a hit or miss I had traveled all night and once I checked in, I was unable to take a warm shower I had to wait an hour, and the water was still cold I also had an issue with a strange man coming and knocking on my door at about 4 -5 o’clock in the morning.
