As other reviews mention- it is an older property, but extremely well maintained and clean. Mattresses are very firm. Easy parking, checking in and suitable room. Breakfast was pretty lacking and the coffee was not very good. Overall though, a good value for the price.

Pretty nice little motel located in a quiet convenient location - just off I75. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was better than most. Breakfast was at 6:30 and we left at 6:00.- so nothing going on for us...the office area was still locked at 6:00 so we couldnt even sneak coffee and a muffin. A good stay and the cool little Perry downtown is just a short drive away - check it out if you have time. We'll stay here again.

My husband and I were only looking for a clean, comfortable and quiet room to spend the night on our way to Florida. The hotel was all of those. It is a bit dated, (furniture), but what do you want at the price point of $76 for the night. The pillows were very comfortable, as was the mattress ( for me). My husband likes a softer mattress. Breakfast is cereal, toast, bagel, English muffin, and hard boiled eggs. Again, lets remember the price. When we are only taking a breK in our long drive, we don't want to spend a lot of money on a bed. The only issue we had was that for some reason the heater turned off during the night and the room got down to 65. (50 outside). This is perfect for me, but not my husband.
