« Perfect for those who want the amazing Smoky Mountain views with modern, updated accommodations. A rustic stay isn't my cup of tea so I was beyond happy with my stay here. The hotel staff were courteous, the room and view were beautiful, and the location was just at the end of main street so a lot of attractions/stores/entertainment were in close proximity and quite walkable. Highly reco this property and I'll look for other IHG properties in future. »

« The room was always cleaned and beds made every day when we came back to our room. The restaurant was great in the morning with the breakfast bar or continental breakfast not so much if ordering in the evening. They needed a few more options. Also a lot of the staff couldn’t understand English or speak it very well. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely stay there again. »

« Excellent weekend stay. Property is well located to enjoy all of the activities Gatlinburg has to offer, but removed from the overly crowded area so you have peace and quiet in the evening. « The room was clean. I loved the fireplace. It made everything nice and cozy. The TV was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect! I never had an issue finding parking in their lot, and we were able to walk to all the main attractions within a few minutes. The staff was helpful and promptly provided me with extra soap, towels and TP when I asked. I recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be booking here again when I come back to Gatlinburg. »
