« Really lovely place to stay. Really clean and felt private. The only downside was the parking, just because another guest was using our car space so we weren't able to use it. »

« If you’re disabled or just an older guest beware the rooms have not been reviewed by an appropriate person. I found the bathroom a death trap. No grab rails in the shower but the worst was the slippery floor in the toilet with nothing to grab onto when struggling to arise from the toilet. My husband had to help me but not before on making an attempt my feet slipped and I finished up with a nasty fall and a now painful back. At 2am I had to ring reception I was frozen- the radiator didn’t work...

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel principalement pour ça et malgré un hôtel annoncé family friendly, nous apprenons en arrivant à 17:30 que les enfants sont interdits à partir de 18:00 (ils ont même semblé hésité à nous laisser entrer et sont venus avant 18h dire qu'il fallait sortir) mais qu'ils y ont de nouveau accès de 8 à 10 le matin, en plein sur le créneau du petit déjeuner. « Stayed here for the first time 14 March oh my what a treat. We stayed in the James Herriot room and it’s the little details such as a piece of cake a glass of port and the accessories were in keeping with the great man himself all very well thought out. We dined that evening and we were not disappointed the food was exceptional and well executed. A warm and welcoming experience by staff who were so friendly! »
