Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Two outdoor decks to enjoy a nice BBQ & See the ocean! Also outside shower. Enjoy a short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches. Minutes to golf course, fresh seafood at Richards, The Finn, deep sea fishing, fine dining at Dalvay By The Sea, The Dunes Gallery, biking trails and more. Only 20 minutes from Charlottetown. Every time I thought of something it had it every time I wanted to see the ocean it was there. Every time I wanted to go someplace it was close. This VRBO was nicer than any hotel I've stayed in in or cottage or motel and I've been to pei very many times. The hosts were magnificent. They even came to clean the snow off the walk-in driveway. The clothesline is so therapeutic to see your clothes dance in the wind. Really appreciated the deck off the bedroom. It's a 10 minute walk from the beach, with beach chairs and an umbrella provided. We enjoyed sitting on the two balconies and found it to be a good base for exploring Charlottetown and PEI National Park. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. ##### Jen U. The property overlooks the beach with a nice back deck, and inside the cozy living space and kitchen kept us comfortable during our stay. I would recommend Kathy and her cottage to anyone looking to visit. We were so glad to spend a beautiful fall week on the island while enjoying the view and nice walk down to the beach. ##### George B.
