Located in the peaceful community of DeSable, this luxurious home is a vacationer's dream. A spacious, inviting three-bedroom house and fully equipped one bedroom in law suite with private entrances. This property can be rented as two separate suites. Suite A (Main house), Suite B (In law suite) or as one property. Both have modern and well-equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Suite A has two full baths includes Jacuzzi air tub and custom shower. A high-efficiency washer and dryer with steamer provides your laundry needs. The living room/dining area is filled with natural light with Cathedral ceiling, skylights and windows overlooking the Northumberland Strait . Enjoy the fresh morning air outside on the palatial deck, overlooking a pastoral landscape that meanders to the shore, or spend an evening in front of the huge fireplace, watching big-screen TV, or simply absorbing the quiet tranquility of this quaint rural setting. An evening in the hot tub or gather around the gas firepit might be more your desire. Suite B For a romantic getaway or small family this private one bedroom space is a true gem. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen a good size and adequately equipped and the living area works for large groups. His response was immediate and very helpful. Planning a vacation with a two year old and two month old required some planning. It is also nicely air conditioned, which came in handy during the recent heat wave on PEI. One comment about the location. We were initially thinking that we were in the middle of nowhere but actually the location is great. It is easy driving distance (maybe 20 minutes) to Charlottetown, but also about 30 minutes to the main beaches on the north coast (Cavendish etc.). And Dean's place is within easy walking distance of a charming small beach just behind it, and a short drive to Argyle Shores.
