"We loved our stay at Kristin's home -- it was clean, spacious, well stocked, and exactly as described. We especially loved the back yard area where it opened up to into woods area and the kids were able to run and play and be kids. Note that there's no AC which is common in the Tahoe area; we came during a particularly hot weekend and the house stayed perfectly cool. Really quiet, secluded, and beautiful area; a little tough to find at arrival (so be careful esp if you come at night) and a 10-15 min into town if you need anything. We loved being able to bring our dog who loved walking around the area. If I had one feedback for the home, and it's really not a big deal -- the living room TV is kind of small for how big the living room is -- this wouldn't stop us from coming back but just noting!"

"The house had electrical issues throughout the kitchen, and it was not cleaned the way it should have been. The kitchen cabinets and stovetop were dirty. The oven smoked horribly and then stopped working, the microwave was really smelly, the windows were filthy throughout the house, there was dog poop in the back yard and a 5 gallon can half filled with dog poop in the back yard, the property was extremely weedy, the 3 decks all had boards that needed nailing/screwing down, the smoke alarms started ringing in the middle of the night,"

"We had a great week-long stay at this wonderful house. It is nestled in a lovely wooded area so you have tons of privacy while only a very short drive to Truckee. The house has everything you need: kitchen well equipped, nice linens and comfortable beds, and two desks for remote working. The house has lots of light and we were more than comfortable with 3 in the house. Tahoe Signature Properties responded right away if we had any questions. Highly recommend this home for time away. We look forward to staying here again."

"House was very clean, the hot tub was hot, and the kitchen was well appointed. Management company was very responsive. Getting into the house was easy. The large room with 3 beds didn't have any curtains. There was a ping pong table, but it required assembly and was in very bad shape (broken). The standard Internet connection was down, so there was a 5G hotspot installed. The Internet service provider was scheduled to enter the house and fix the Internet connection, but never showed up, which was an inconvenience for some in our group. Overall, not huge issues, but they did minorly impact our stay."
