Upon our arrival, the first room had towels on the floor beside the bed snd the bed sheet had stains on it. The second room had urine odor. The third room was a remodeled and an upgraded room. The hotel is in a nice area close to shopping areas. Breakfast was great. Thanks again. "

So, it must mean the duvets have never been washed since the hotel opened, which by the looks of the room it must have been a long time ago. The floor also smelled strongly of smoke and the carpet was very dirty. You could also hear the street noise as well as the guests in the other room. Horrible experience."
