« Five of us were involved in a softball tournament in nearby Simcoe. Great spot to stay! 20 minutes to Simcoe. Spacious house that was spotless. Wonderfully gracious hosts whongot out of their way to make you feel welcome. Great communication, too. »

« Cote Du Rowan- was everything we were looking for and more in a vacation. It was spacious inside, clean, artfully decorated, beautiful outdoor swimming space and view of the lake. It was all and all wonderful. Rasa and Mark (maybe Marc? :)), were welcoming and kind, but also gave us complete privacy during our stay. Very respectful and congenial. »

« The host was super, the property and location were excellent. There are a few things needed in the house, lamps in all 3 bedrooms, there was 1 in one bedroom. Lamps in the livingroom, the ceiling spotlights were too bright in the evening..The . Kitchen needs more frying pans (only1) and more serving bowls. »

« Everything about the stay was wonderful. Place was clean, communication consistent, and quiet neighborhood. Just make sure to do all of your grocery shopping before hand. Long drive to town. »

« Property was pretty great, really well designed and nice. The property manager was slow to communicate and we were not able to access the wifi however. »

« The house was double booked. When we showed up to the house there was already people staying in it, and we had to scramble at 10PM to find a hotel room for 8 people. Called the owner and he advised us that he doesn't even have the house listed on VRBO. Book with caution!!! »

« We had a wonderful time at Bob and Alvina's property. We really should have booked it for longer than the weekend to truly feel like we got the most out of all the spaces and activities to do there. The space is very well taken care of and clean which was nice. They have a room with kids toys which was really nice for our little girls as well. We would definitely book here again! Thanks for the great stay and your prompt responses if I had any questions :) »

« Great location, lots of parking, clean and comfortable. 3 min walk to the beach. »

« Lovely spacious home in a great location. The house was clean and bright and the kitchen was very well equipped. The front sunroom had toys to play with - a great space for young kids- also a swing set and climbing gym in the yard. There were games and puzzles for older kids too. We walked to the beach, dined at our favorite perch restaurant and shopped on Main Street. Would definitely stay here again! »

« We enjoyed our stay at this clean, spacious townhouse. It was well-stocked with everything we needed and was a good starting point to explore the area. »

« We were 3 families with kids and adults and had a great time at this place. Nikita was a great host and answered all our questions promptly. We all enjoyed the stay and the main attractions for everyone were the pool and the backyard. We will visit this place again and refer to other friends as well. »

"Super condo ! Vue magnifique ! Malgré un accès a une plage privée, il n'est malheureusement pas possible (pas très sécuritaire) de se baigner à cet endroit comme le fond de l'eau pour accéder au lac est rempli de roches."

"La chambre était un peu vieillote et un peu petite, mais c'était propre et les lits étaient confortables. Je ne recommande pas le petit déjeuner. Salle à manger très petite. Personnes à l'accueil pas vraiment sympathiques, sauf la personne qui s'occupait du ménage et qui nous a accueilli lorsque nous sommes retournés assez tard à l'hôtel. "
