This thoughtfully designed home boasts ocean views from the third level, a private heated pool, and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces to create unforgettable memories on St. Simons Island. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – The choice is yours! Max Occupancy is 14: Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the maximum occupancy of 14 guests. Large events, including but not limited to weddings and rehearsal dinners etc., are not permitted. Student groups of any kind are also strictly prohibited. We had eight adults and four children and found we had ample spaces to find quiet time, game time and movies. The only challenge main was the soggy path (92 feet, quoted my the prop mgmt team, from the house to the beach. Taking chairs, a full cart, little kids and older parents through the “maritime jungle” was not something we expected. We loved the awesome pool & outside green space in front.
