Overall, I would imagine there are better properties for the price you pay. Let’s start with the pros: large, fully stocked kitchen; good proximity to downtown, plenty of space for a family of 4; loved the pool. Now the cons: cleanliness was subpar - they had to come replace a duvet cover because it smelled horrible and hadn’t been laundered (they replaced right away), we found a bug embedded in one of the towels, and there was dirt on the floor when we arrived; the bathrooms are outdated and the bathtub didn’t work which was a letdown with two small children; the beach is not walkable if you’re carrying anything more than a couple items. ##### Sarah M.
