Our beautiful, fully air-conditioned villa with a heated pool (from October to April) is located in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence in the Alpilles (700 metres from downtown), an 8-minute walk away, on a wooded lot of 1,500 m². You can easily walk to downtown. The town of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is renowned for its lifestyle and rich cultural heritage (museums, shows, shops, hiking trails, and more). It boasts an ideal location and breathtaking views of the Alpilles.<br><br>Our villa consists of a 190 m² main house (6 bedrooms) and a separate 72 m² house with a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and 2 bedrooms. The 1,500 m² property (a rarity in the town of Saint-Rémy) features a 12×6-meter pool heated from October through April, which is sun-exposed all day long and equipped with a roller shutter system for children’s safety. We’ve created a 3-meter shallow end so young children can play safely. The pool is equipped with 9 lounge chairs, 5 umbrellas, and low tables for you to relax. <br>There’s also a 13x6-metre pétanque court. (Pétanque balls provided) <br><br>OUTDOOR AREA: <br><br>Our villa features 4 terraces: <br>1 Pool House terrace under the grapevines with a table seating 10–12 people for your lunches and dinners overlooking the pool, equipped with an electric Weber grill. The pool house is equipped with an outdoor kitchen featuring a sink, cabinet, and fridge-freezer.
