The building requires an upgrade as it appears to have not had any work done in years. The condo is similar as the mouldings, doors, blinds and electrical plates needing replacement. The interior needs to be painted as it hasn't been painted in years and the bathroom could use an update. There's pictures of the beach toy room on the site showing a neat and tidy room however the room was very messy when I opened and there was a sign there recommending for users to purchase there own items, if this be the case it should be noted on the site. ##### Neil F.
