As you walk into the entranceway, you’ll notice the open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living room and workspace area. The dining area has seating for 8 people, with a hideaway leaf that can be opened to accommodate 10\. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully stocked with all the necessities needed to prepare a meal if you desire. There is a large pantry in this area that houses small appliances as well as any beach gear you may need to enjoy a day at the beach. The living room has plenty of seating for your whole group. The 55” Smart TV allows you to login and watch all your favorite streaming platforms. The large Italian leather couch also doubles as a Queen sleeper sofa that can be used if more sleeping space is needed. The workspace features an L-shaped desk, ergonomic desk chair, and a few office supplies available for use. Perfect to hop on those Zoom calls when you’re not poolside! 🔹🔹 BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS 🔹🔹 Master Bedroom and Bath: The master features a King bed and attached bathroom with a manual bidet, dual sinks and a dual-head walk-in shower that produces amazing water pressure. You can access the pool area directly from the bedroom and also the bathroom, making it easy to hop in the shower from outside. There is also a 55” Smart TV as well and large walk-in closet for you to store your belongings during your stay. Guest Bedroom 1: This room also has a King bed for extra comfort. There is a large closet for storage space and 55” Smart TV for your use. Guest Bedroom 2: This bedroom has 2 Twin bunk beds to accommodate 4 people total. It also has a walk-in closet with a door that can connect to the Master, often convenient for families with young children.
