This spectacular, designer decorated unit is fully furnished and ready to please even the most discriminating of travelers. It includes two bedrooms, one bath, living room, dinning room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a 300 square foot private covered deck. One security camera located on 3rd floor deck facing stairs. Another security camera overlooking the pool. This newly renovated 840 square foot unit has top of the line finishes, furnishings and granite though out. Plus a great communal pool to use!

Fantastic place to stay!

Cute condo, great location!

This condo was well maintained and the pool was an extra bonus. Location was perfect as the beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. The check in process was easy and they were so accommodating with our requests. Definitely would stay again!

Great Place

We took a family vacation of 13 people to our daughter and son-in-laws condo, located 3 blocks from this place. My wife and I stayed here and it was a great experience. The property was amazing and perfect for what we needed. A short 3 block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this place.

Was a great place, clean, had everything we needed. Except the tv/cable, for 2 seniors 3 remotes to try to work a tv is not doable unless you leave instructions

Clean, private, convenient

This property is on a dead end street with a lot of privacy but a short walk to the beach with no traffic. The new pool and deck are great. The whole property had a very at-home feel and was super clean. We made several meals in the kitchen. We will definitely visit again.

Wonderful apartment

Summer Getaway

The condo was really nice. This was our 1st time at Indian Rocks. The Beach is just a block away. That is where we spent most of our time. Keegans restaurant was really good and so was PJ'S Oyster Bar. The outside dining was really nice at both places. Was only here for a short trip (4 days) but had a really nice time. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Family get together

Stay was great. Beautiful place. Very clean and quiet. But Make sure you bring anything you need, including paper products. Unfortunately There was not one roll of toilet paper.

Comfy and clean

We loved this condo. It was in a safe neighborhood, with a short five min walk to the beach. The condo itself was very clean and had comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped. Check in and out was extremely easy. The location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping. There was also plenty of beach gear to use during your stay. Highly recommend.

Excellent place

Easy two-block walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants a short drive away, and several you can walk to. The property itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. A good size for four people, although the living room feels a little small if all four are sitting in it at the same time. Only disappointment was the presence of a dishwasher but no soap for it was provided. And for a stay longer than our three days would need additional trash bags to be provided. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is perfect! Great location. Great communication with David. Property was clean and cozy. Beach items were available for use. Bicycles were available. Excellent price. So close to the beach! We had a fabulous visit and will be returning to stay again. The only frown of the entire seat was the fire pit was not there. A+ rating. Thank you David.

Dirty air ducts, dirty floor under the beds, lights blank when water turned on, not a beach house

Never again. Wo st place we have a ver rented. Certainly not worth h what we spent. I think we deserve a refund especially after being afraid of take ng shower. Because the lights blinked when water was tuned on.
