Not as good as I had hpoef

I thought the condo itself was average. It was a great location. The beds were very hard and noisy. Floors were not clean and slippery in places. Showers were old and small. I give it a rating of 10 for location and 5 for everything else.

Great Condo across from the beach.

We loved this place. The condo was fully stocked and plenty of room for 6 people. Lori was very quick to respond to any concerns great host. Will definitely return and stay here again.

The location was perfect! Close to the beach, shopping and food options. The view from the balcony overlooking the harbor was priceless. We will hopefully return soon!

Clearwater beach

Excellent condo

Condo was clean and close to everything! Barely had to drive to anything the whole time we were there. Awesome views, good pool and very close to the ocean. Would stay here again.

Great location

Condo was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We did very little driving. Condo was very spacious-loved the layout and 3 bedrooms were a bonus!

Excellent place to stay!!!

This place was perfect. After spending the day at the beach, we came back to a cold A/C and nice hot showers. We made all our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony and we slept soundly in the comfortable beds. It was very clean and beautifully decorated.

Great location

Property was great but no pool. Supposed to share pool with property next door but pool was being worked on. Allowed to use another pool which was farther away,which my husband could not walk to, very crowded being used by 3 properties and was not clean

We loved the property

The view is beautiful. One night we watched 2 dolphins follow a boat into the bay. They were so close to us. We loved the condo, it was very clean and had everything we needed. It was conveniently located by almost everything. We will be back for sure.

Great Stay in Clearwataee

We had a great stay for 3 couples . The location was great, there was plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and a huge selection further north . We appreciated there was plentiful beach towels, and 3-4 beach chairs and umbrella! Of note; the bathrooms are not inside the bedrooms which actually worked out well for us. The kitchen was well stocked (we made breakfasts only). There was a balcony/breezeway where chairs were and it was awesome to sit out and watch the bay (especially the NYE fireworks!) Overall I would recommend and stay again!

Very Nice Location

The property has a convenient location. It is in need of maintenance (left a note for the owner). While it looked clean, there was an odor in the master bedroom of unknown origin. Not sure if it was the rug or what. Beds were comfortable pillows not so much.

Great stay at a Great location

There was a group of six of us that were spending a few days in Clearwater before taking a cruise out of Tampa. We had booked a place in July for an October stay. Three weeks before we were to arrive, the original place cancelled. We were lucky to find this place. This was a much better place. The location is great. Several of our folks wanted beach time, which was a short walk. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area. The unit was perfect for six adults. The beds are very comfy. We had no problems, so we did not get to meet Lori. She sent a great email with check in and check out instructions. We didn't see any dolphins from the balcony. If we come to the area again, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great spot, Lori.

Mixed feelings

Wow, what a view from balcony over the harbor. When we stepped out of the elevator, we were impressed. The condo looked like the photos, but on closer inspection wasn’t very clean. An email to the owner and Michelle, her assistant, responded immediately and addressed our concerns the next day. The sunrise on the balcony is impressive and the sunset at the beach across the street was amazing. Everything you need is within walking distance except grocery’s which is a short drive. We are two couples and this is a 3 bedroom. We re-booked for next year in a 2 BR. The people on the 6th floor are great and we look forward to seeing them all again next year.

Great condo, close to everything

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Very spacious and clean. Close to several restaurants, island market, putt-putt and within walking distance to the beach and Pier 60. We parked our car and only moved it once during the week and that was only because we wanted to try a Hibachi restaurant for my sons birthday. We saw many dolphins and even a manatee in the marina almost daily. If we didn't see them in the marina we saw them out on the gulf while we were spending time at the beach. My only suggestion would be to update the pictures. There are not twin size beds as shown in the pictures. However, it is put in the description what beds are in what rooms. The couch shown in the master bedroom is also not there, but beside the dining room table instead. We would definitely book again if we plan another trip to clearwater. Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy our vacation and stay in your beautiful condo.
