As you well say, guests can reach out to us for support at any point during their stay. We do provide an adequate number of garbage bags for the stay. If guests run out, they can simply text us, and we are more than happy to provide more, just as you did during your stay. The kettle we provide is a standard electric kettle. We apologize if you found it difficult to use and will certainly look into it as it should not spill any water. Thank you for your review! It has been a pleasure hosting your group! we are very happy that you had a nice holiday in Malta and that you enjoyed staying in our apartment. Indeed the apartment is located right infront of the sea and therefore has breathtaking views. The front room has a window and a balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment then has a large back terrace with bbq (as in the pictures) with lots of open air. No, we do not advertise a swimming pool as there isn't one. We recommend swimming in the sea as the sea is very clean and crystal clear. the apartment is bright and airy, has windows also in the corridor. Each bedroom has its own window or door to the terrace. One of the bedrooms has a window and a door. In the area one can find shops, restaurants, bus stops, bakeries, convenience shop open till late etc are all within easy walking distance. We are here to ensure that our guests have a nice stay in Malta and in our apartment. thank you for staying with us and hope to see you again soon in Malta!
