« Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. »

Only negative to say is that the separate toilet and shower room is a little tight, but it is nice to have the vanity separate of the shower and toilet. I did have a slight glitch at check in and Jenna was very responsive. I would highly recommend this location. The cost was very fair also. »

« We booked this house for a group of 4 of us. The house could have comfortably held at least another 2 people. My first impression was just of how large it was.. large and CLEAN! The bathrooms, kitchen, porch, towels, bedding, everything was in great condition. My favorite parts of the house were the top deck, the spiral staircase, and the cliffs out back. « Lovely apartment! Well appointed with everything you need and very cozy. Bed was super comfy! The sunsets are truly spectacular! The host was kind, helpful and responsive. The area is remote and quiet with about a 15 min drive into Leonardtown. The town has several good restaurants and quaint shops. We would stay here again »

« Third time staying in North Beach for Annapolis Sail Boat Show. Great location - 30 min. to Annapolis. Walking distance to restaurant's & beach. Quiet community. Welcome hospitality tray as shown in photos. Room extremely clean, plenty of towels with huge shower - dual shower heads. Bed and bedding comfortable. Convenient handicap ramp to pull luggage. WiFi was excellent. Host was efficient with all details. Look forward to next year’s boat show.One small detail: please light pathway side of...

« This location and property were amazing! There was an issue with the AC the first night and the hosts responded immediately. It ended up being the battery and they came out that night to change it as soon as we asked. They were incredibly attentive and kind. The master bed and bath were gorgeous and spacious. The other two rooms had slightly smaller than double beds. It wasn’t an issue for us but it may be a bit of a squeeze for two people. The kitchen had some supplies, not a lot. The couches...
