"Horrible service around the whole hotel. Food and drinks in restaurants and service in general is pretty bad. People work angry, no smile and serves you as they are doing a favor. This hotel do not look as part of others high end Hard Rock Hotels around the world. "

"Only problem we found was thermostat would say room was 68 degrees and clearly wasn't, was more like 73 or 74"

"The Palace had very clean rooms, staff was friendly. The Casino was clean and wiped down at all times. The only thing I would rate low, would be the buffet, steamed shrimp were very mushy and food was very bland. The buffet staff was very friendly though. Will book again. "

"Room could have been cleaned better. The restroom had ants and mold. Also, the sellof marijuana was all down the hallways day or night. "

"The general service and hospitality was off for us this stay. Understaffed? No housekeeping service, not even a room refresh. Long wait for luggage and car valet. "
