« The cabin was beautiful and nicely designed, but we were extremely uncomfortable due to bugs, lizards, and other insects. Dead and live bugs were all around us and we were not happy to be there! We were unsuccessful in finding other options for lodging near here. We hoped bugs were not in our belongings to infest our homes! I am most embarrassed for bringing my friends here! We would like our money back for this stay! And we should charge for cleaning and exterminating. »
