Large groups for different events were all staying at same time and there was plenty of room and really no waiting for anything. Rooms were decent could use a little updating and dusting, linens were all clean and stocked. The parking can be tight after 4pm there is available parking across the street if your out late, overall I would rate it 10 /10"
