Kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked quite well. Plenty of seating in the living room. Bedrooms had lots of closet space and all mattresses were quite comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious and had great shower heads. The only issue we had was there was no toilet that was ADA compliant for a couple of us with knee issues but we managed! Neighborhood was very quiet. Host was very helpful with a couple of questions we had and was very quick to reply. Highly recommend this property! ##### Claudia B. The beds were great. There was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our down time. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool table. Communication with the homeowner was goodwe had no wifi after the first night. He did try to send a technician out but we were away from the house much of our days. I was in town with my wife and kids for a family get together and this place couldn’t have been better. I loved the central location to highways and amenities, I loved how spacious it was for the family, and most of all, I loved how CLEAN it was. We had one tiny maintenance issue the host called me 5 minutes after I messaged him and had it fixed before we got back from lunch. I found that extremely impressive and professional. There were 3 bedrooms on the main floor, and one bedroom in the finished basement. There was a futon and air mattress in the basement which we did need to utilize for a 5th bed. There's also a TV and pool table in the basement but the TV was broken during our stay. The basement also has a half bath but those guests will need to shower on the main floor. The kitchen the fully stocked with what you may need to cook at the location - including children's dish ware which was helpful for us. The table seats 6 but we did squeeze 8 in with the leaf for one meal. There is a grill outside but unfortunately wasn't working when we tried to use it. The backyard is nice - but not private! Which is fine, we just weren't used to it. There was plenty of sitting space in the living room and the TV there was easy to use. The bathrooms and bedrooms were a good size. We did have an issue when we arrived where the code didn't work, but the owner was quick to respond and did everything possible to get us in as quickly as possible (which we eventually did!) I definitely would recommend a stay here - the house is well kept and the neighborhood is super cute. I'm only giving a 4 star review because of the broken items that we weren't able to utilize during our stay. Hopefully will be fixed for the next guest! ##### Rachel G.
