It was ok but we did have some issues with the table bein taped up and no matter how much we turned the air down it stayed 80 degrees in there and it was just to hot for us to be able to sleep well. It was also impossible for us to sleep while the fire alarm in the place next to us goin off throughout the whole night. There was also quite a bit of bugs too we had to kill several of them. The back door wouldn’t close or lock all the way so it made us feel uncomfortable and uneasy so we had to put a chair under the door to feel safe. Other than that it was a ok stay.

WILL CHARGE ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT NOT LISTED ON VRBO. This is charged by sending tenants to a company portal, where check-in instructions are contingent upon paying ADDITIONAL UNLISTED FEE(or 40 dollar non-refundable damage coverage)Decent space. Pretty. Kind of sparse as far as furniture/decor but not bad. I liked the vibe overall. Could use some fixing up but decent for an historic building. NOT SUFFICIENT FOR LONG TERM STAY. Short term might be ok.Not very stocked as far as kitchen, supplies etc. No cleaning supplies. One fork, knife, spoon. Old scratched pans. Musty closet with no effort to fix.Larger walk-in closet not utilizable as it was filled with old furniture (even though there is 600sqft of free space in the basement where other furniture is storedJust an OK neighborhood. Some may find it unpleasant, but I mostly liked it.Wooden window ledge in shower collects water and immediately starts to discolor from slight mold growth (I have this in my home, it sucks) I wiped it dry every day keeping a towel in there for this purpose. Would recommend.
