We stayed in an accessible room and that was great with regard to bars and accessibility to the toilet, etc. The bathroom was a bit rough around the edges as the carpentry did not look quite finished. The staff was very friendly. We only have one complaint. They have a rule that you cannot leave your dog in the room when you leave the hotel. Not even if they are in a crate or carrier. This is the first time that we have run across this. This was unfortunate because we had some shopping to do and did not want our dog in the hot car. Just an fyi to be aware of this rule if you are traveling with pets.
The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I did not get a chance to try the breakfast, but it looked good... and the air-conditioning was sufficient.
the desk clerk was helpful, I asked if He could get Me a room that I could look out and see My motorcycle out in the parking lot, and He did, He also let Me know what options there were for food around the motel, My room was clean throughout, the bed was comfotable, if I am in the area again I will stay here again.
This property is clean and well maintained for an older property. The entrance was clean and inviting, bed was so comfortable and made up with care, room was extremely clean.
The breakfast was minimal which you'd expect for paying such a low rate, but the hard boiled eggs were perfect and yummy.
I'd definitely return here if I come back this way!
Our room was quite clean, the bed was comfortable and staff were very accommodating, The room price was fair. There is no elevator for the three floors of rooms, so be prepared for stairs. There is a ramp half way between the first and second floors which results in 8 steps up or down for the 2nd floor. Breakfast was adequate. We appreciated the hard boiled eggs most. Peanut butter would have been nice for the toast, but that's a personal preference. The location is extremely handy. It is close to the highway 35 ramps, there is a DQ across the street, and a clean, coin operated laundry right next door, a large Cameron Market on Walnut visible from the parking lot, and a Mexican restaurant almost next door to the market. We would stay there again.
Friendly staff at the hotel. Room was clean. Basic breakfast. Enjoyed the outdoor pool. We were on the third floor and there is no elevator. It can be difficult when carrying a lot of luggage. Guests should be aware there are pump containers on the wall with liquid soap, body wash and shampoo. They do not dispense very much so one may want to bring some.
Very bare bones hotel. If you are in a budget, it fits the bill but if you are needing something else, it doesn’t. No coffee in the room so no coffee mugs. The rooms have weird smells and the property is in an industrial area so not aesthetically pleasing when you drive up. Checked in virtually so that is not very good and they invoice in full at the beginning of your stay which I am not okay with. Have to lug suitcase up some steps, no elevator. I feel bad leaving this type of review as the staff is super nice but wanted to state some facts.
The main issue was the soap and shampoo dispenser were both empty. Your only time to find this was when you started to shower. Someone needs to pay attention to this.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Having a remote receptionist whom you had to share info with was an odd experience!
