Each of the three spacious bedrooms is elegantly decorated, featuring comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep and ample storage space.

Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in rain showers, with one serving as an en-suite to the master bedroom. Fresh towels are provided, along with complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryers.

The villa features an inviting open-plan kitchen and living area that embodies traditional Caribbean design, crafted to keep the heat out while allowing cool breezes to flow through.

Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. For outdoor cooking, a premium Char-Broil gas barbecue is also available for your use.

To help you settle in, we provide complimentary essentials such as tea, coffee, and a small carton of milk.

The indoor living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and an armchair, offering a cosy alternative to the veranda for evening relaxation, conversation, or watching your favourite shows on our smart TV. We have a variety of different books available to enjoy during your stay. You’re more than welcome to read anything you fancy while you’re here! We just ask you not to take any books with you when you leave :)

If you prefer dining indoors, a large, traditional wooden dining table is available, providing a warm and inviting space for your meals.

☆ ☆ Important to Note Before Booking ☆ ☆

🚫 Pelican Rise is not suitable for children under 5. There is no pool fence, no shallow end of the pool and the inside of the house is not set up to accommodate toddlers (no cupboard locks, no plug covers etc).
🚫 Limited accessibility: The villa has two steps to access, which may not be suitable for those with severe mobility issues.
🚫 Guests not comfortable with local wildlife: Friendly outdoor cats and geckos may make an appearance.
🚫 Sunscreen caution: Please avoid sunscreens that may cause staining, as any damaged items may incur replacement charges.
❗️If you’re based in Antigua and Barbuda, a $2,000 credit card hold is required due to past misuse of the villa for large parties. This is fully refundable after check-out, pending no issues.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
