Welcome to The Elysian in St. Johns, FL! Perfect for short-term, monthly, or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, stylish furnishings, and dedicated workspaces. Enjoy access to the Beachwalk Crystal Lagoon, a resort-style pool with cabanas and fire pits, a 24/7 fitness center with Peloton and on-demand classes, and a modern clubhouse with lounge, kitchen, and coffee bar.  
 All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.  
  
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
