The home was a great space for my family which included my parents and their children, plus the grands. The home provides a lot of space to sit and catch up. The master bed broke while we were sleeping in the middle of the night. I tried to contact the property managers via email that morning, and again the following day, zero response. My husband I ended up sleeping on the floor. The couches felt broken, and the chairs around the kitchen table were unstable. The door to the garage is coming off the hinges.
