This was the worse experience by far. They booked and confirmed my room and refused to give me a room when I arrived. Upon arrival it was a kitchen staff working the front desk who had no knowledge of the processes or any access. Terrible service and communication. Barbara is the worse employee. Does not have any professionalism nor does she answer while on call.

We have stayed here often and it is the best of everything. Close to shopping of all kinds. Clean, staff is amazing. Dining room and bar are the best. Most of all love that breakfast is included. What a great perk! Love this place.

Beautiful, well maintained hotel, great room and amenities. Staff very friendly and professional. Impressive accommodation for marathon runners - a take away breakfast was provided! Definitely recommend.

Hotel is outdated and needs to be updated. Old card style was finicky and would frequently become deactivated, even if kept away from phones, etc. Hotel room were to heavily scented. Not sure if it was suppose to be essential oils or something, but not pleasant. Gym needs some love. Went both days in a row and I’m doubtful anyone was in there to clean the room.

Polite and helpful staff even though they were not aware that there was a USB ont he room to charge my phone and tablet. It was 21oC in my room. I was freezing being used to 26. I tried to warm it up could not.

The AC did not work, it was terrible. The management changed the battery and it was no help. We were stuck in a room with no AC and it was terribly hot. When complained to another lady she said if I was here I guarantee I could have fixed it. But did not acknowledge the fact that we had to stay in the room with our child and it was very uncomfortable. This is u fair as we did not get what we paid for and there was no compensation for what happened.

it was convenient and comfortable. However, we did hear a very loud noise in the evening - it was, we thought, the shower or toilet flushing next door! However, this happened only once. The restaurant was convenient, right next door to the hotel.There was very loud music and we had to ask twice our waitress to lower the volume. I used the gym but the disinfectant was nowhere to be seen, although guests were required to clean the equipment before and after using it. When I went to the reception to ask for it, there was no one at the reception. I mentioned it upon our departure and the receptionist took note of it. Other than these minor inconveniences, I would still rate it as a good place to spend the night.

This Hotel is an excellent option when in St-Jerome. The staff is very friendly. Large Rooms and clean. The Restaurant inside the Hotel is SUPER. Please try: Poutine Canard Magret or Bison Ossobuco. They also offer Breakfast, however, on Mondays and Tuesday its only "quick breakfast" because Restaurant is close. The rest of the days, excellent hot breakfast.

If you need a place to crash this will do. However, if you have a lot of luggage make sure you get a room on the first floor as there are no elevators. When you go to breakfast check your food as I got molded fruit.
