Upon arrival we noticed locks leading to pool and upper balconies unlocked. Pool was not on and dirty. All pool lounge chairs and tables were damaged. Pool cement deck is buckeling which is dangerous. Wooden patio around pool had planks raised with nails protruding. Fence around back yard is not pet friendly and allows dogs to escape. Upper balcony is not safe and had wooden railing loose and blowing in the wind with nails on the wooden post. During high winds these post could fly off and land on ground, pool or hit someone. It is an unsafe balcony for children since they could fall in between post. Upon arrival the upper room had empty pop cans laying around. I found a 3 roaches in the kitchen. These roaches were moving slow which told me the home is being treated and I hope with pet friendly pesticides. There were lights that did not work and one without a light bulb. The cleanliness of home was fair professionally cleaned. Dirty rugs, Dust on furniture and heavy dirt and dust on bathroom window screens. The coffee maker filter doesn't fit the coffee maker. We enjoyed St George Island but put up with the house that needs to be closed till work is done.
