Welcome to "Easy Does It"! This three bedroom, three and half bathroom beach front cottage is truly one of the most unique homes on St. George Island! Not only is "Easy Does It" one of the few ground level homes, this home features a BASEMENT! The main level of the home offers the large living area, kitchen, two separate dining areas, sunroom spanning the width of the home, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area features comfortable seating and a daybed with trundle, with a large assortment of books and DVDs. On the other side of the room is a secondary seating area and dining table that seats up to six. Moving into the kitchen, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need during your stay and is equipped with stainless appliances. The kitchen has a second dining table that seats four and Gulf front bar that seats an additional four adjacent to the kitchen. The large sunroom is located off the kitchen providing stunning views from the plethora of windows. The master suite features a king bed with en-suite bathroom that features a stand up shower. The second bedroom on the main level features a queen bed. A neighboring bathroom features a standard shower/tub combo. The entrance to the basement is located in the kitchen. The basement includes a large open room that features multiple seating areas, ping pong table, foosball table, card table, mini fridge and a Pac-Man machine. The third bedroom of the home is also located in the basement featuring a double/single bunk bed and a double bed with a single trundle. A neighboring full bathroom features a standard shower/tub combo. The exterior of this home features a large sun deck with NEW HOT TUB, private boardwalk, park style grill, outdoor shower and fish cleaning station.

AMENITIES:Multiple TVs, DVD Player and CD library, well appointed kitchen, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, handicap accessible bathroom with roll-in shower and grab bars, large Florida room facing Gulf, basement has bunk room and game room with ping-pong, Foosball and darts along with media area, hot tub, fish cleaning area, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, garage parking for 1 vehicle, private boardwalk to beach, park style charcoal grill.  
  
PET FRIENDLY (2 dogs only, Under 35 lbs. A $75 Non-refundable pet fee is required.)
