Turn day: Saturday DEJA VU is the epitome of opulence and luxury! This first class home was lovingly designed to make you feel pampered! The first floor provides the bedrooms, with an amazing master suite with a splendid 4-poster king bed, extra large shower, his and hers vanities, and the most envy worthy walk-in closet around! The other two guests suites each have private bathrooms as well and no attention to detail was spared in the gorgeous decor! The master bedroom and one guest suite have direct access to the large covered porch and sun deck on this level. The other guest suite has direct access to the back screen porch. Up the stairs to the main living area boasts an incredible custom kitchen with high end appliances, multiple wall ovens, commercial grade hood and a separate butler?s pantry with sink, refrigerator drawers and commercial ice maker. The perfect set up for entertaining friends and family. The kitchen has a lovely breakfast area with a table and seating for four, a large island bar with five barstools and a separate dining room with a table and seating for eight. Just off the kitchen is direct access to the back screen porch overlooking the immense screen enclosed private pool. The living room comes with cozy seating, built in bookshelves, a wonderful wet bar and wine cooler, and custom dual faced gas fireplace! A half bath sits between the dining and the den. The den is set up to act as a media room, office or additional sleeping with a lovely leather sleeper sofa and also has direct access to the back screen porch. Just off the living or dining rooms are direct access to the vast covered porch with plenty of seating to take in the amazing views of the aqua blue gulf waters. The elevator services all levels, making it perfect for offloading luggage and supplies. Last but not least, the under house area has been designed with a large screened in room that connects with the huge private screen enclosed pool. With abundant outdoor seating, gas fireplace, an outdoor kitchen with sink, beverage center, charcoal grill and an outdoor louvered hot/cold shower.
