Although 300 Ocean Mile is an older community, it is well kept and in a great location near the state park. Our host, Maria, was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay to make sure things were going well. I appreciated that very much. Peaceful location, beautiful views, incredibly easy walk to the beach and also the state park. Short drive into town for restaurants and shops.
