A peaceful stay!

Overall a great stay! No issues with the house. Things such as air conditioner, showers, grill, appliances all worked great. Easy beach access right across the road. For this rental, I’d recommend you rent a golf cart for convenience. The house was very neat upon arrival. Would stay again.

Renters beware

We have been coming to SGI for about 15 years and stayed in many different houses and this is the first time that I felt like I was walking into a rental, not someone’s home that they put up for rent. We saved up and were so looking forward to this vacation since we booked in January. Granted, we are picky, we expect a good value for what we pay for, and this was not it. From material misrepresentations in the description (I don’t know how two masters have direct access to the deck unless they want you to climb out the window), and upscale? Basic at best, furniture is lower than hotel quality and mattresses/bedding were abysmal. Flooring is peeling and separating creating tripping hazards. Also, very loud and hazardous construction going on next door, rendering the pool unusable for at least two days unless you wanted to be showered in debris and we were completely unable to sit outside unless we wanted to “unwind” to the sound of diesel engines and machinery all week. These owners and rental company do not care about the quality of your stay or about the guest at all, as confirmed by the rental company. When I called to inquire as to why we weren’t notified of the construction per the rental contract, I was told that the owners just wanted to make money and that no one cared about our stay. As far as we’re concerned, companies and owners like this will turn our beloved island into another ruined tourist trap with high rises and overpriced accommodations. Renters beware.

We’ve been vacationing in St. George for 15 years. We love the people, restaurants and beaches. This home was perfect for our family. Beach access is close and the property is in great shape. We’ll be back!

Family Vacation

This house was beautiful and perfect for a large family. The pool was so nice and location was so quiet. Everything was labeled in kitchen and easy to find and put back.
