Beautiful sunsets! When we arrived dog poop was in several places near the grill and parking area so we picked it up. Nails are popping along with screws on the decking and stairs so all 3 of us encountered the pain of those. Only 2 usable chairs on the patio, the third was cracked, no table on patio. Beautiful house but couch is old and sags, uncomfortable. Frying pans are rusty and scratched up. A few coffee filters given as a welcome gift but they are the wrong type for the coffee maker.
