Reservation process couldn't have been easier. Loved the complex and the location on the island. The contents of the cabinets in the kitchen need to be cleaned out and trimmed back. There is no cabinet space for food so everything you bring/buy has to sit on the available countertop space. Beach access is superior and even on the busiest days it is not crowded. The nights are dark and quiet and you can see a million stars.
