Last home before the state park, so only one home next to you! You get a great view of the Gulf/Beach from East, South and West, along with a great Bay view!!! The Kitchen!!! All the stuff you need for a family, JA kitchen appliances are top notch, all the equipment you need and 4 ice machines!!!! Great Master with amazing Master Bath and great balcony!! Did I mention the giant kitchen island!!!! Sorry still excited about the kitchen!! Great kid room with amazing loft beds, pullout couch and day bed! Perfect for the kiddos. All guest bedrooms are amazing as well, all have private bathrooms!! We used the outdoor shower and 3 other locations around the house with hoses to wash off the sand. Located at the fish cleaning station, driveway and west of the home near the boardwalk. Natural Gas grills works great! Had no problems getting spots on the beach as the beach was pretty much private being the last home before the state park! Tennis and Bball court right in front of your driveway, but was not a noise distraction at all! Short walk to the pool, kids loved it! Now, this could have been a downside but it was not. Wifi is excellent and plenty of TVs! There is a water treatment plant next door, no smell or noise and most of the time we did not even notice it!! Do not let that be a deterrent! The house was amazing and we will rent again! Bring some beach chairs or rent them, the house does not have them. 5 Stars though!!!! ##### Chris B.
