Nestled in a golf cart-friendly neighborhood within the Gulf Beaches area, this newly constructed retreat has everything you need for your next vacation. Step inside the open living/dining/kitchen area to cook, dine, and unwind with loved ones. Just beyond the living room, you'll find a convenient hall bathroom with a combination tub and shower, plus a bunk bedroom that's perfect for the kiddos. At the end of the hall is the laundry room and two King bedrooms: one of which is a King Master suite complete with a private bathroom. Both King bedrooms access a covered, furnished deck where you can listen to the soothing sounds of the waves crashing on a quiet evening. For entertainment, each bedroom comes equipped with a Smart TV for streaming all of your favorite shows. With two King beds, a double bunk bed, and a single bunk bed, this lovely home can comfortably sleep up to 9 guests. Plus, your four-legged friends can join in on the fun! 1 dog 50lbs or less is welcome with prior approval for a $150 + tax pet fee.
