LET YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE AT ONCE UPON A TIDE! New pool heater installed January 2020! Have an enchanting vacation at this wonderful across the street home. The first level boasts the main bedroom level with a spacious Master suite, with king bed, spacious Master bathroom, with a double vanity and stand-alone shower. There are two other bedrooms on this level, one with a king bed and one with two sets of single bunk beds with a single trundle bed. This floor also has a second living area with a sectional and sofa, a splendid morning kitchen with a mini fridge and sink as well as the washer and dryer closet. Just off of the second living space you will find a porch with seating and a hammock to enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico. The elevator is easily accessible from all 3 levels, making off-loading of luggage and groceries a snap! The top level boasts a modern open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, a walk in pantry and a kitchen island with 5 bar stools. The kitchen is open to the dining room table which seats 6. The living room houses a large sectional and arm chair to enjoy the stunning gulf views! Just off of the living room you will find the den that has the daybed with single trundle. The sumptuous Master suite on this level has a king bed with a large private bathroom that has dual vanities, a make-up station and a stand-alone shower. This floor also has a large porch to enjoy family dinners on the screen porch with teak table that seats 8. You will also find stairs leading to the widows walk a top of this wonderful home where you can enjoy even more magical views.  
At ground level you will find a garage to accommodate 1 vehicle, the other garage bay has been converted into a game room equipped with ping pong table, horse shoes and corn hole games. Last but not least, is your fabulous private pool! Don?t miss out on your chance of vacationing at this enchanting home!

Other garage bay is used as the ground level game room, with ping pong table, dart game and corn hole game.

#### Nice place...needs some work

VRBO told me that we could use the garage to park our motorcycles, but when we arrived, we were told the motorcycles were not allowed in the complex at all. With friends arriving from multiple locations, it became very stressful. Collins did their best to help. Even though the agreement said no motorcycles, the confirmation I had with VRBO said it was okay. How was I supposed to know that they were two separate entities when I made the booking?! Thanks to Collins and some very nice people, we were able to garage the custom bikes! So, the vacation wasn’t a complete disaster after all. As for the property...the master shower had an issue and maintenance fixed it no problem the same day. The ceiling in the living area is buckling and looks like it could fall at anytime. The cookware available is awful and needs to be replaced. The master sink was not cleaned. The instructions for the televisions are difficult at best. The mattress in the bedroom closest to the hammock is in bad shape and that party did not get more than an hour of sleep each night. The time turned into a great visit because we were determined to make it so, but for a property that should be top notch, it wasn’t. Also, the instructions should include door locking information as well. That also needs to be worked on. I am sure it is the salt air getting to the mechanisms, but it took multiple times to lock or unlock each time we left. The place has wonderful potential, but definitely needs some work. I would stay with Collins again, but not at that location. VRBO needs to be on the same page as the actual rental companies. It could have been a real disaster.
