Renters must be at least 25 years old. \- Elevator service may be slower because of the remote beach location. We will address any elevator issues as quickly as local service providers can manage. \- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. \- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. \- This is a non-smoking property. \- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. \*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions.
