We are awaiting county approval to reinstate overflow street parking.\*\*\*\* This townhouse is a part of 300 Ocean Mile which is a 99-unit beachfront community located on the East end near the entrance to St. George Island State Park. Guests can enjoy two large community swimming pools with sun decks lounge chairs and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach. Unfortunately, golf carts are not allowed on E Gulf Street unless they are street legal LSV (low speed vehicle). This property is nonsmoking, meaning smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit, on the balcony, under the unit, and within a 20-foot radius of the home. Absolutely no parties allowed\~ \*\*FYI: Please note this is a 3-level townhouse\*\* CHECK IN @4PM CHECK OUT @10AM \*\*BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Due to insurance and local association guidelines, the primary renter must be at least 25 y/o. If you book under false pretenses, you will be asked to leave with no refund. A government approved ID submission will be required to ensure that it matches the person placing the booking. There will be a rental agreement emailed to you after booking. Failure to sign the rental agreement within 72 hours will result in cancellation of the booking. A security deposit hold is required to book our beach house that takes effect before arrival. The security deposit hold is run on the day of check out and then released 7 days after departure. \*\*REFUNDS: Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for weather, weather related changes, or natural disasters. The beach is right outside your backdoor with the boardwalk going to the beach beside you and the pet walking area beside you as well. Private access to the beach inspite of being in a condo was a big hit for us. The home was very well decorated and so well stocked with not just pots and pans but a lot of condiments and coffee!! Steps to pool, steps to beach. Perfect back decks to watch the waves and dolphins. Plenty of soaps, paper products, towels, and little things like night lights and fans were very much appreciated. We loved all the board games and books for rainy times. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including olive oil and a handy spice rack, and we appreciated the thoughtful extras throughout the house that made our stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights for us was how dog-friendly the area is. Our two pups loved their daily walks along the beach, and the outdoor space made it easy to enjoy time outside together. The beach felt almost private during our stay, which made it even more peaceful. We especially loved sipping coffee on the patio while watching dolphins swim by — such an unforgettable experience. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. Communication was clear, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The home was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into making sure guests have everything they could possibly need—seriously, nothing was overlooked, and the Infinity Game Table was a huge hit with everyone! The location and views were unbeatable. We had a completely unobstructed view of the beach from the living room, master bedroom, and both decks. Being just steps from the door made it so easy to run back in if someone needed a break or forgot something. Even with lots of units on the property, it somehow still felt peaceful, private, and quiet—except for the sound of the waves, which you can even hear from the master bedroom (heaven!). Kristine was a wonderful host. She provided detailed, thoughtful information about the house and the area and messaged us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. She was kind, responsive, and super helpful throughout. Truly, I have zero complaints.
